What counts as permission

Permission may include recipients who have:

Prohibited activities

Users must not:

• Send campaigns to purchased email lists

• Continue sending marketing emails after a recipient has unsubscribed
• Use false or misleading sender information
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Send fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or illegal content
• Use the platform for phishing or malicious activity

Unsubscribe requirements

Marketing emails sent through should provide recipients with a clear method to unsubscribe.

When a recipient unsubscribes, the recipient should be excluded from future marketing campaigns unless they later provide new appropriate consent.

Bounce and complaint management

supports processing of email delivery failures and complaints.

Email addresses that generate permanent delivery failures, spam complaints or unsubscribe requests may be suppressed from future campaign sending. Users are expected to maintain clean and accurate mailing lists.

Enforcement

Accounts that repeatedly violate this Anti-Spam Policy may have campaign sending restricted, suspended or terminated.

Sending limits may also be applied where bounce rates, complaint rates or invalid-recipient volumes rise above acceptable levels.

Reporting abuse

If you have received a campaign you believe was sent without permission, or you want to report suspected misuse of the platform, email info@ecsaio.com with the message details and full email headers where possible.
